MBB Helpdesk – Why You Should Use It and How

As a My Buying Buddy customer, we want to provide you with the very best product, and the very best service we can. When troubleshooting your MBB account, these helpful hints will help you get the answers you need, as quickly as possible.

You can find the access by logging into your Leads and Contacts account,  clicking the dropdown menu in the upper-lefthand corner, and selecting “Help and Support”. Here you will find how-to guides, FAQ’s, and tutorial videos that can offer you fast and easy answers. If you need more specific help however, click the “Help and Support Desk” button to fill out a help ticket.

When filling out your help ticket, remember that the more information you include, the more we will be able to help you. Be sure to include any links, MLS numbers, screenshots, or any other data that defines the issue and its location. Submitting all information at the onset helps avoid back and forth messaging, ensuring you get the help you need as quickly as possible.

Submitting your help requests this way is the fastest track between your problem, and the solution. It is much faster than emailing individual staff members you’ve encountered along the way, and allows us to easily reroute tickets to the appropriate person. In addition, submitting Help Tickets keeps all correspondence in one easy to track location, and ties directly to your account so we can know exactly who we are helping! You can monitor the status of your help request, and see where we are in the process of answering your issue.
