Support Center for My Buying Buddy’s IDX and CRM Solution

The Support Center serves as a main knowledge hub for existing customers: new or veteran, that would like to find detailed explanations of My Buying Buddy’s many features. The Support Center is segmented into five sections: Home, Start Here, KnowledgeBase, FAQS, and Hosted Websites for BlueFire Group clients.
The home section is the main page of the Support Center. From here, members can type in their query, and easily browse different popular sections of the Support Center. Right from the front page, new users can click on the Getting Started Guide for My Buying Buddy. (Users can download these documents)
Start here offers a step by step walkthrough of how to set up the My Buying Buddy plugin and other info regarding your account: how to set up profile info, etc.
KnowledgeBase and FAQS
In the KnowledgeBase section, users can browse documents of all My Buying Buddy’s many complex features: Widgets instructions, LAC’s in depth explanation, etc. If you have a technical question that you can’t exactly put into words, you can browse in the KnowledgeBase section for subjects pertaining your question. You can also browse the FAQ section for common questions that are asked by our members.
Hosted Websites for Blue Fire Group Sites
The Hosted Websites is only for Blue Fire Group hosted WordPress Sites. If you are an existing client with a WordPress website that’s hosted by the Blue Fire Group, you can find tutorials, videos of how to navigate your website in this section.
