How to import contacts to your Leads and Contacts account

There is currently no automated way to import your clients and leads in the Leads and Contacts system, however, we will import leads FOR you as long as you provide us with a correctly formatted file.

Email us a CSV file with columns in this EXACT order:

    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • Zip
    • Category (Must be blank, or ONE of the following: Unassigned, A, B, C, D, Closed, Archived)
    • Notes (any collection of text – will just be imported as ONE note)
    • LAC User ID

All other columns will be ignored.

Email column is mandatory – if no email exists in a row then that lead wont get entered.

If you already have a large number of leads in your CSV file, and they are already assigned to agents in your Team, setup those agents as users in Leads and Contacts (LAC) and replace the Agent’s name with their LAC User_ID – this is found in the by clicking on the User’s profile.

Once your leads are imported, we will notify you and confirm their password too.

Process

Submit a HELP Ticket requesting import, and attach your CSV file.
