Price Drops now included in Property Alerts

All Just Listed Email alerts now include properties that meet the criteria of a saved search/alert due to a price drop.

All existing alerts have been updated to reflect this change.

New Ability to create Custom HTML Search  forms

If you wish to create your own Search Forms in HTML in your website, now you can. You can see some simple examples here.

This capability means you can now create almost any type of search form, for any MLS search fields you like, for your own websites!

New Referral links now allow tracking of referrals back to main site

For TEAM and OFFICE accounts, new ‘referral link’ codes allow you to send traffic to your main TEAM website and ensure that all traffic is tagged and tracked as your referrals and ultimately your leads. To get this link code, go to your LAC profile page and the link code is shown in the top section. The referral link can be used to direct traffic to ANY web page, not just your PROFILE page.

Implementation of new FILTER code for display widgets and search results

You can now apply any available MLS Search Criteria to any link, or any display widget using the new FILTER feature.

So, if need to show consumers Short Sales, or Horse Properties between $300K and $450K, its easy – just create a filter using those fields and add it to the end of the URL for your search results page.

Alternatively, the filter can be used inside any display widget as part of the widget DIV code.

Support for SAFARI users using MBB widgets

Safari, by default, does not allow third party cookies and so we have added a special sniffer to test for Safari and prompt the user to enable this capability. This has been tested and solves the problem of consumers not being seen by the system as ‘logged in’ etc.

In the SAVED SEARCHES tab for a Lead, you will now see whether or not the Alert Email was opened, and also a quick link to see the properties sent in that alert.

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

If you have the SPS service packaged up with your account, then you will see Menu links that allow you to jump to your SPS account to see all your listing sites, and also create a stand-alone single property site for a listing presentation.

Using the ‘Create SPS SIte for Listing Appointment’ link, you will be able to create a beautiful looking single property site for the seller. make sure you pick a great design and upload HUGE photos! You can then use this as part of your listing presentation and win the listing! Once you secure the contract, you can then use this site for the listing once its set up in the MLS! (no need to re-create a new site)
