Good news from IRES today, as this is yet another reason to upgrade from Internet Explorer Version 6.
As of August 1st, 2010, IRES will no longer support IE6. Even though IRESis may still will still work for some users they will no longer be testing or providing support for Internet Explorer 6.
The Denver Realtor Rally is being held at the Colorado Convention Center in Downtown Denver on April 13, it promises to be a valuable education opportunity for all Realtors.
There are education sessions covering Real Estate Blogsites and Social Media which I anticipate will offer insights into how to engage your market, build relationships and capture more leads
There are also going to be classes on the business of real estate covering everything from Short Sales to Loans.

A number of new search features have been added this week!
- Property Types now default to just 2 (RES / Attached), rather than all types
- The CITY list is now pre-selected with a list of local cities
We have updated the SEARCH form to include more cities in the ‘local city list’ which is at the top of the list of cities. These cities are now pre-selected for any consumer wanting to perform a search.
The Basic Search for IRES MLS now includes TOTAL SQFT, as well as FINISHED SQFT
Automated property alerts for IRES resumed this morning.
Alerts sent out today were still showing as coming from the Managing Broker. However, this is now resolved and Alerts sent tomorrow should have the correct FROM email address and the correct signature block.
