You can easily add additional comparable properties to your saved PrimeAccess® CMA without having to recreate your entire Comparative Market Analysis.
Adding Additional Comps:
- Use PrimeAccess Search to find additional listings to be used as comparable properties.
- From your Search Results, select the additional comparable properties.
- Click the CMA drop-down menu to view a list of your Saved CMAs.
- Select the Saved CMA to add the comparable properties to by clicking
. The new comps will be added to that Saved CMA.
